Sustainability and environmental protection are very important to us at Aparthotel Marchegg in Naturno, and we kindly ask for your support in helping us achieve these goals. During your stay, we encourage environmentally friendly behavior, especially regarding water and electricity consumption. Please switch off the air conditioning whenever the balcony door or apartment door is open or when you are not in the apartment. Help us reduce unnecessary laundry changes by using the laundry basket provided in the bathroom if you would like fresh towels. Towels placed in the basket will be changed every third day. Earlier towel changes can be requested at reception and will be charged separately. Bed linen is changed every third day unless you agree to a weekly change during check-in. The environment will thank you. - Safety Regulations
For safety reasons, barbecues, open fires, candles, and similar activities are prohibited throughout the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel. Should unauthorized smoking trigger a fire alarm or if smoke detectors are intentionally tampered with, the hotel assumes no liability. Any resulting costs incurred by the fire brigade or other emergency services must be paid immediately on site.
If guests are found smoking in non-smoking apartments, a special cleaning fee of €50.00 will be charged.
The possession of illegal drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the property. The relevant authorities will also be notified. - Quiet Hours
Please respect the relaxation of other guests by avoiding noise and disturbances, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
To prevent cooking odors from spreading, please always use the extractor hood while cooking. - Visitors
Private or business visitors may be received in the public areas of the hotel but not in the apartments.
Persons who are not registered in our booking system and are brought onto the property by guests may only enter after prior registration at reception. In individual cases, the hotel reserves the right to deny access to such persons for the safety and protection of our guests. - Bicycles
Bicycles may not be taken into the apartments or stored on balconies.
Please use the designated bicycle storage room and always lock your bicycle. - Care of Property
We kindly ask you to treat the hotel facilities, furnishings, and property with care and respect.
Any damage caused by guests must be compensated and will be charged accordingly. - Complaints & Issues
Please report any defects in your apartment or any inconvenience caused by hotel staff immediately to reception. - Valuables
Please store cash, securities, and other valuables in the room safe. Instructions for use are located on the front of the safe. The hotel management accepts no liability for stolen or lost valuables. If any items are lost or stolen during your stay, please inform management immediately. - Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Late Check-in: If you arrive outside reception opening hours, you will receive a code that allows access to your apartment key. To facilitate this, please send us a photo of your passport or ID card via email or WhatsApp for a provisional check-in. The official registration will then be completed at reception the following day.
Check-out: Please vacate your apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure so that it can be prepared for incoming guests. We kindly ask you to settle your bill the day before departure. - Room Requests
While we cannot always guarantee specific room numbers or floors, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Thank you for your understanding. - Pets
Dogs and other animals are not permitted. - Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments and public areas. Please ask at reception for the password.
Swimming Pool & Playground Regulations
- The swimming pool area is open daily from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Use outside these hours is not permitted.
- The pool area is unsupervised and there is no lifeguard on duty. Use is entirely at your own risk. Children may only use the pool when accompanied by an adult.
- Please use the pool and sauna towels provided in your apartment and return them to your room each evening.
- Glasses and glass bottles are prohibited in the pool area, garden, and playground. Please use cups or shatterproof drinking vessels available at the honesty bar.
- Picnics in the garden are not permitted. We also ask guests not to consume their own beverages in the reception area, garden, or pool area. You are welcome to use our TRUST BAR. Naturally, a bottle of water in your beach bag is perfectly acceptable.
- Out of consideration for other guests, please do not reserve sun loungers unless you are actively using them.
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- Diving from the pool edge is prohibited.
- Swimming accessories such as air mattresses are not permitted, with the exception of children's swimming armbands.
- Ball games and similar activities are only permitted at the children's playground.
- In the event of thunderstorms or strong winds, the pool area must be vacated immediately.
- Please close all parasols during strong winds and whenever leaving the pool area.
- Parking
Guests may park free of charge in our covered garage for the duration of their stay in the space assigned to them.
Parking outside designated spaces is prohibited and may result in your vehicle being removed at your expense. Emergency and rescue routes must always remain clear. Vehicles parked in these areas will also be removed immediately at the owner's expense. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk. The parking facilities are neither supervised nor specially secured against third-party interference. - Keys / Key Cards
Upon check-in, you will receive electronic key cards for your apartment.
Each apartment receives two key cards.
All key cards must be returned to reception upon departure.
Lost key cards will be charged at €10.00 per card. - Tourist Tax
Since 2014, a tourist tax has been levied in South Tyrol.
The tourist tax amounts to €2.60 per guest (aged 14 and over) per night and contributes to the preservation of the natural and cultural treasures of our region. - Emergency Procedures
In the event of a fire alarm, it is not permitted to remain inside the apartments.
Please leave the hotel immediately using the designated emergency exits and evacuation routes.
Under no circumstances may elevators be used.
Emergency exits are clearly marked. Escape plans are displayed at reception, on apartment doors, and in the corridors.
Depending on the situation, the designated assembly point is located either in front of or behind the building. - General Information
Changes to the house rules may be made at any time and can be viewed at reception or on our website. - Cancellation Policy
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel your holiday.
Flexible Rate
Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
For cancellations made within the last 5 days before arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate
This rate is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, modification of the reservation, or no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled accommodation is rebooked in whole or in part.
The same conditions apply in the event of early departure.
There is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code.
Cancellation requests are only accepted in written form.
